This Customer Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs all the terms and conditions and understanding between you and Aerosip with regard to your use of the services offered by Aerosip. It also confirms your affirmation to all terms and conditions of Aerosip, including the Privacy Policy. Your continued use of this Website constitutes your continued agreement to the terms and conditions of Aerosip. If you do not agree with the terms and Privacy Policy, you should cease using our Website.
 
1. Services Provided 
 
Aerosip offers you the ability to make domestic, long distance and international telephone calls through IP (Internet Protocol) These services are provided on a pre-paid basis only. 
 
2. Limits on Liability - Disclaimer of Warranties
 
Despite careful checking of the contents, we do not accept liability for our websites being accurate, complete or up to date or for the contents of external links. Contents of linked websites are the exclusive legal responsibility of the provider of those external web sites. This statement is valid for all of the links on the websites and for all contents of the pages to which the links or banners lead.
 
Aerosip do not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the Website or any related services. Aerosip shall not be liable for damages arising out of or in any way related to the services furnished pursuant to this agreement, including but not limited to mistakes, omissions, interruptions, delays, defects,  and/or errors in transmitting, receiving, originating, quality of the call, terminating and/or delivering telephone calls, regardless of the nature of the claim. Aerosip will not be liable under any circumstances for any special, consequential, incidental, and exemplary or punitive damages, or loss of profit or revenues, even if Aerosip has been specifically advised of the possibility of such damages. Aerosip is not liable under any circumstances for damages arising out or related in any way to your inability to access, or your difficulty in accessing, its services.
 
3. Fraudulent Activities
 
Aerosip reserves the right to deactivate, disable and remove any suspicious or fraudulent account with or without notice. You are responsible for providing all accurate account information and preventing unauthorized use of your Aerosip, credit card and /or other payments option accounts. Please protect all your account information. Aerosip is not responsible for unauthorized usage of your account. You are entitled to refunds, reimbursements, credits, and exchanges for any portion of your account balance only at the discretion of Aerosip and only if a request for such a reimbursement has been made in writing by you. You agree not to use the services for any unlawful or abusive purpose or in any way which interferes with our ability to provide services to our customers, or damages our property. You agree not to use the services for any illegal activities. You agree to cooperate with us in any fraud investigation and to use any fraud prevention measures we prescribe.
 
4. Payment 
 
Aerosip’s services are provided on a prepaid basis only. As you use Aerosip’s services, your account will be debited accordingly. No phone services will be provided if your account does not have a sufficient balance to cover the cost of the service. The required minimum initial payment and recharge amount is 10 €.
 
5. Recharging Account
 
In the event you want to use services in an amount which exceeds the remaining balance in your Account, you may recharge your Account by purchasing additional service in non-refundable via Paypal or major credit cards.
 
6. Billing Disputes
 
You must notify Aerosip by email of any disputed charges within thirty (30) days of the charge being posted to your Account. Aerosip will attempt to resolve all disputes within thirty (30) days of being notified of a dispute. To the extent Aerosip determines, at its sole discretion, that a billing adjustment is warranted, your Account will be credited accordingly. If you fail to notify Aerosip of a billing dispute as noted above, you will waive all rights to bring any claim regarding the dispute. 
 
7. Rates 
 
Rates changes will be sent to you via email as a spreadsheet.  Rates are variable and are determined by market conditions and/or any other economic factors. Thus, Aerosip cannot guarantee that the rates will not change, and Aerosip reserves the right to adjust rates in the future.
 
8. Value Added Tax
 
If you are a company outside Europe, No VAT will be added to your purchases. All companies based in European Union (EU) must provide a valid VAT number in order not to pay VAT.
 
9. Cancellation
 
You may discontinue service at any time upon notice (either electronic or written) to Aerosip. We will then shut down access to your account. You will not be entitled to any refund of the unused balance in your prepaid Account as of the date you discontinue service.
